Had wonderful stay on a business trip, the staff were affable, location was incredible close to the Pier. Booked a room with a whirlpool tub. Location: the hotel was close to San Clemente, beaches, and restaurants and bars. There were a wide array of restaurants to eat, like Avila's el Ranchito that was only 5 minutes' walk away. My food was outstanding and excellent. Everything was simply perfect.

The room we had included central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a fridge. Bed was extremely comfy. The location was marvellous - so close to restaurants and the beach and main areas and San Clemente.

I recently stayed at a hotel in San Clemente for several nights and had a wonderful experience. The location was ideal, right across the street from the pier and beach. There were plenty of options for dining within walking distance, including a fantastic restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. The room itself was spacious and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed. Although the bathrooms were a bit dated, they were clean and functional. I also loved the outdoor seating area on our floor, where we enjoyed breakfast with an ocean view. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen areas on each floor where I could prepare delicious French press coffee every morning. The daily supply of fresh fruit, muffins, and bagels added a nice touch to my breakfast. The staff at the hotel were friendly and always ready to assist. Although the rooms could benefit from some updating, particularly the bathrooms, I still had a great experience overall. I would definitely recommend this cozy boutique hotel for a pleasant stay.

Casa Tropicana is a great place for staying and exploring San Clemente. the staff is amazingly nice and amicable. - the location is gorgeous and they offer nearby parking. - the area is beautiful and surrounded by restaurants, beaches, and stores. - This is the go-to hotel for San Clemente.

Stayed in an ocean view room with a shared balcony. Excellent view and plenty of nearby dining options. Despite some remodeling needed, the room was cozy. The customer service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. The shared patios with ocean views were a relaxing bonus. I stayed at a hotel recently that had a prime location, right on the main street. Some of the rooms had beautiful views of the ocean and guests could enjoy the nighttime breezes on the balcony. The information sheet provided useful details for accessing the WiFi. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and a spacious bathroom. The service was attentive and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. it was a pleasant stay.

There was one drawback to the hotel - the parking situation was inconvenient.
